This page explains what information IL.CO Design receives when you submit a commission brief and how optional analytics cookies are used.
Information you provide
The commission form may include your name, email address, project or brand details, the requested logo name, preferences, reference links and files you choose to attach. Please do not upload confidential documents or sensitive personal information.
How it is used
Your information is used only to review your request, prepare a quote, confirm the schedule and payment details, communicate with you and complete the requested design service. A submitted brief does not create a payment obligation.
Form delivery
The form is delivered through FormSubmit to the IL.CO Design email inbox. FormSubmit and the email provider process the submitted information to deliver it. Their own privacy and retention policies may apply.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept cookies.” It helps measure aggregated site usage such as visits and viewed pages. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings button.
Retention and your choices
Commission correspondence and supplied files are kept only as long as reasonably needed to discuss or deliver the project and maintain necessary business records. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by email. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
